BIRMINGHAM BASED BAND, OPEN ARMS ARE TAKING LOCKDOWN BY STORM WITH THEIR LATEST SINGLE HELLO.
OPEN ARMS are a pop indie band from Birmingham, with a sound world that combines addictive anthemic pop with chic dance rock. Since the release of their debut EP, Sunflowers, the band have gone from strength to strength, getting plays on BBC Introducing and headlining classic venues such as 02 Academy, Birmingham.
Hello is the band’s first release towards their upcoming EP, ‘Rushing Cars And Symphonies.’ The single, the first music we’ve heard from OPEN ARMS in 2020 feels like a combination of electronic dance music and summery party anthems, morphed into a unique sound that Open Arms own well.
Although we’re all in lockdown at the moment, I can easily imagine this song blasting from Bluetooth speakers at a garden party with a few beers (or cocktails if you’re feeling classy).
